Hello,
It appears I have been double billed on my acocunt. I have 3 phones on the Callya plan and I have 6 withdrawals in the month of September so it looks like I was charged twice for each phone. How can I confirm what has occurred and request a refund.

I know I never got back to this, what is the PN number? I am also trying to understand why if you are directly taking my tarriff each month for each phone, does comfort charging need to be activated, I think these comfort charges are the 2nd charges I am seeing. I do not even know where this money that is charged there goes but it seems it always goes down in the month such that it needs to be topped up. The 19.99€ is taken directly from my bank account each month for each phone.
Can you please explain this to me?
