Good day. Today I bought a new PrepY SIM card from CallYa in the Vodafone salon. The seller immediately registered them with my passport details, did a pass-scan and stated that the card will work within 2-3 hours. Half a day has passed, but the card does not see the mobile network. The personal account on the MyVodafone website displays the status that the SIM card is locked. How do I solve the problem?
