Hello, my wife bought a prepay sim card she activated online. But when someone is calling she can't see the number (always unknown number) and she can't receive SMS messages. Can anyone help us please?
Regarding to the caller ID could help a call to the customer service +49 172 229 0 229 (push 4 for English speaking agent). I guess an internal issue in the profile system. Describe the issue and I guess it will be fine then.
