CallYa sim Not Delivered yet (Status)

Hi, 

I ordered a CallYa SimCard last Tuesday 07.01.2019. I finished the verification online and i got an email from Vodafone saying, my verification is complete, my sim is activated along with my new Vodafone mobile number on 08.01.2019

However, the SimCard has not been delivered yet. Can you please help me finding out when i can expect my simcard to reach me. Is there something else i need to do?

I am receiving promotional messages from Vodafone on CallYa related stuff. But i do not even have the sim card yet.
