Hi, I've just gotten a new SIM card, completed my identity verification a few hours ago, and on my Vodafone account online it shows that I have my full 2gb of data left - but my data is still not working. I'm feeling pretty incapacitated being new in Germany without a working phone, can someone please fix this?
Also, why in the world is Vodafone customer support only able to be contacted by calling them? I've searched all over this website for an email address or live chat service but the only thing I've found is a phone number which I - and I assume all other customers trying to set up their mobile phone - obviously can't use.
