11GB Bonus nicht erhalten

Hallo, warum bekommt man nicht automatisch die 11 GB Bonus?

Nun kämpfe ich seit 2Tagen mit überlasteten Hotlines.  Ich bin richtig verärgert. Große Werbung und dann nur Ärger.

Ich habe die Karte online bestellt. (Auf der Seite mit der Werbung zu Frauen WM mit plus 11GB)

Auch das Guthaben habe ich aufgeladen.

Schade. Ich bitte um Hilfe.
