unfortunately, I did not get technical support in English when I called the hotline, but I need help to fix my internet issue. All the lights which should be green are green on my router, the laptop shows full wifi sign, but I still do not have internet. The command line shows for google.de very high response time, average between 150 and 200ms or out of time, but it should be under 50ms at least. All the issue started around a week ago, fist just problem around 40% of time time. Then I changed the settings at NetworkConnections, properties From “ Obtain DNS server address automatically” to “Use the following DNS server” and there I added enter preferred as 8.8.8.8., enter alternative 8.8.44 then I had internet till today. Now it is not important what is the settings at properties, I do not have any internet 98% of the time.My router is 7 years old, maybe should receive a new one, I do not know. Please advise, is there any settings I should check/ change or just need to replace the router?

Apparently there is a problem with upstream capacity utilization. To confirm this, can you please tracert/pathping to www.heise.de and www.google.de and post it here?
