Hi,
I am an english speaking customer. Yesterday I received my Kabel-router. I connect it on my own, everything as showed in the instructions. Power and @ icons keep blinking, but no connection with internet at all. I tried switching on and off several times, plug and unplug the coaxial cable, but none of this worked.
Router works fine, as I can access to its configuration thru my laptop.
Could it be a connection problem in the buildig/socket? Maybe my acount it is not yet active?

I think you're right, probably your access isn't activated properly. I'd like to check that, so please send me private message with the following details:
- customer number
- date of birth
- address
- MAC address of the router
- phone number
