Hi all,
Unfortunatelly my German is not so good.
So I hope someone to help, please.
I can't reach https://id.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/id/management/
which is used to login with Sony Playstation and as a result I cant use my home internet for intertaiment.
I cant consider this like a my local problem or sony web site problem, because:
1. I CAN reach this web site from my mobile fom. (not a Vodafone)
2. I CAN reach this web site from working place (not a Vodafone)
3. I CAN make a test of availability of the web site wth any public test services. And there is no problem!
4. Saturday I had access to the web site during 30 minutes. Then its gone againe. And no luck during 3 days.
5. Friend of mine who is Vodavone customer cant reach this site as well.
So, how can I resolve this issue ?
I tried to find customer support phone number - no luck.
Should I write official complaint ? Or there is more simple ways to resolve this ? 🙂

Hello ryndindima,
what kind of modem did you use? Is it a cable-router?
Is a firewall at your vodafone connection?
Can you make a tracert from your pc to this site?

Modem was provided by Vodafone. It is CBN Model: CH7466CE
Yes its with a cabel.
I havent setup any firewals and didnt requested for it.
Seems like I can trace it... the picture in attach
But still cant reach the service via laptop browser or Ipad or mobile phone that are connected to router..... 😞

ok, the traceroute is successful.
Can you make a factory reset from the cablerouter?

Hi Jens,
Will I have internet conection after factory reset ?
I've got this router from Vodavon via post, and I did't do any setting of it.
The Vodafone sent me the router with WiFi password and with name of end point to use wi fi.
Should I have some user name and password to setup this router then ?

Hi Dima,
yes the router goes online again after the factory reset. The access data for the WiFi are then on the router.
