Hello,
Sorry for speaking in English, I am new in Germany.
Yesterday I switched off the router for a couple of minutes, but the wifi has not come back yet. Internet works fine with the cable. Anyone from Vodafone who could help me? Thank you.

Hey Aimagar,
which router model are you using?
The easybox 804 for example has a wlan on/off key on the left side. May be you've deactivated WLAN this way?
Otherwise i would try to reset the router to factory defaults.
To send you a proper instructions , i'll need the exact model.

Hey Andre,
I am not at home at the moment so I cannot check the exact model, but it is the basic one. It does have a button to activate/deactivate the WLAN. I have pressed it but it still does not work. I will send you the exact details later today. Thank you.

No WLAN at all. The light of the WLAN button is off. The only way I can connect to internet is through the cable.

in your contract, the Wi-Fi isn't booked, so the LED doesn't come on.
I can book it for you. WLAN then costs 2,99€ per month. Of course you can also switch your own WLAN router behind the device and create WLAN with it.
