Vodafone Station Shows DOCSIS Offline

I am a new customer at Vodafone Kabel. I got my router and the activation code a week ago and ever since then my router flashes red for Internet. While trying to troubleshoot the problem, I found nothing wrong with the setup but in the router settings page, it shows that DOCSIS is offline:

Hello Achraff,

did you connect the modem with the supplied antenna cable to the antenna socket or with a separate cable? Is television running on this antenna socket?
