Very slow internet speed 0.2Mbit last days

Hello,

For the last 2 days internet speed is too slow ~0.2Mbit download speed at my apartment. I've restarted modem and router, but it doesn't helped.

When I've connected to Vodafone Homespot or Hotspot nearby, Speedtest showed me 5 Mbit download speed.

When I've checked intenet speed at my neighbour's wifi who connected to Vodafone, Speedtest showed 99 Mbit for download.

Please, send a technician to my apppartment to check modem and connection.

Please disconnect our router for 3 minutes and test the speed again.
