Hi,
I just switched to the CableMax 1000 from Red Internet 1000 and changed to the Fritzbox 6591 modem (from the Arris tg3442de) and now every afternoon the upload channels go down to 4QAM (from 32QAM in the morrning) and upload speed goes down to 8-10 Mbit/s. Download seems erratic as well with ping going up to 1000ms under load.
Only change on my side is the modem itself, not even the cables have changed.
And I did not have those problems before the change.
Could someone check the status remotely, please?

an interfering signal has been removed, which has led to the improvement.
How is it currently?

This morning upstream did not go back to normal, all 4 channels are on 4QAM and upload is around 8 Mbps.
Tried factory reset of the modem but no change.
Tried the old modem but it seems that one is deprovisioned so I couldn't test the speed.

there is a problem in the return path, some noise makes the upload rate drop. There is a task with an appointment for a technician today, I made a fault report for you and assigned it to this task.

The ticket was just closed and the internet is alful at the moment. There were few hours yesterday when things were improving but around 20:00 upstream channels all went back to 4QAM and have not changed since.
Could you check why the ticket was closed and maybe open a new one?
Attached is a speed test from few minutes ago, 0.044mb/s upstream 🙂

the technicians located and removed the interference yesterday.
