I have upgraded my contract from 200MB to 1000MB. Today I received the new router, however, I am not able to access the internet after I complete all the instructions. I see the light blinking for the internet and I do not see where the issue comes from. I brought back the old router, but now the old router also stopped working. I believe the support is only in German. Where can I get help with this kind of issue?
