Hi,
What is going on!? I have made so many phone calls to the technical department who have told me they don't have any information as to why come 7pm every day plus Saturday and Sunday my DLS drops to around 0.9 which is useless!
3 weeks ago there was no issue at all and now I am being told there is a disruption but that is the only information they have! Seriously?? how can Vodaphone not know what is wrong with Vodaphone Internet??
I have even been told to just cancel by your Technical Department! what kind of customer service is that?
I have also been hung up on several times and passed through to departments who couldn't help or transfer me back to the correct departments, and all this after waiting forever to get someone on the phone to then being told this is not the right department you have to call back!
Can someone please contact me regarding this issue that actually knows what is going on and how this issue may be resolved.

of course that doesn't sound so good, sorry 😞 I would like to have a look at the connection to clarify everything else, can you please send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth) via private message?
