Slow Cable download speed

Hi,

I tried calling customer service but they could not help me in English and told me to post here.

We currently have extremely bad download speeds ie 0,3 MB/s, upload is fine at 11,3 and ping is 47ms.

Could someone from Vodafone please contact me to assist. I'm also interested in upgrading my plan for faster speeds.
