Hi,
Unfortunately I cannot use the hotline as they only speak German and my German isn’t up to that level yet.
My internet stopped working, I have the internet and power light fully lit but the @ sign is blinking fast. I have logged into the router system and it says modem status: in process. Can anybody help with the next steps from here?
