Router status: in process

Hi,
Unfortunately I cannot use the hotline as they only speak German and my German isn’t up to that level yet.
My internet stopped working, I have the internet and power light fully lit but the @ sign is blinking fast. I have logged into the router system and it says modem status: in process. Can anybody help with the next steps from here?

Did it work before? If so, can you please check if cable TV services are working?

It stopped working about a week ago, then it came back on for a couple of hours and now has gone off again. I tried to reboot my router and there has been no chance.
