Dear Vodafone Team,
Unfortunately im writing this message again to report I once again have issues with my home wifi connection, have the highest package available and getting slowest speed.
Could someone please help me to fix this, i hope this message will be answered. Else only option is to disconnect from vodafone and go for other provider.
Please see the attached picture, bandwidth is unbelievable slow.

Dear Wallace,
The good news is, it seems to be fixed now i hope its doesnt happen again.
I had already resetted the router twice but that didnt help hence wrote to this community blog, the issue normally with the wifi as i dont usually connect any devices to the router via LAN.
I hope whatever was done is a permanent fix from your team side, its working for now. Let me monitor and get back in case of anything.
Will close this incindent for now.

Dear Team,
I have been trying to reach your support team since 4 days now and im unable to use my wifi at home.
I have more than 100 customers that i need to talk to everyday mostly from home office and thats why I chose the large plan. Could you please assist me here.
PS please provide a phone number to reach a support person directly.

Hi slow1,
do the problems only affect the WiFi or also devices connected via LAN? Have you already reset the router?
