Problems with my Internet connection

Hey guys and gals,

I want to ask about the problems in my Internet connection. Recently, my EasyBox 804 has been malfunctioned, like the speed is very slow even though I'm surfing near the Box. How could I know if the Box doesn't work properly or if there is something wrong with my Internet connection? Because I tried to use a range extender and the result is the same - poor Internet speed. I tried to contact the customer service by phone call, but after I type my phone number, there has been no contact so far.

As it sounds like you are experiencing the lack of speed via WiFi:  First step should be to connect a device via LAN and then check the connection speed again.  That way you can either confirm or rule out if your connection speed is generally low(er).
