Problem with Internet connection

I ordered the "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable". I got box DHL with "WLAN Vodafone Station", after that I tried to connect my device with Vodafone station via Instruction.

 

But my device says: You connect to Vodafone station without Internet connection.

I tried all that found in instruction and I have tried to contact an English speaking customer services representative today and nobody cant help on English, only German.

 

How can I solve a problem? How I can call to the Technical support Team who can support English speaker?

 

Sorry for writing on English, I learn German only a few months

unfortunately, there is no English speaking hotline. Some colleagues can speak English, but they don't have an own telephone number. In which federal state do you live?

technical guy came to my flat, but he didn't solve the problem. He didn't find the cable box and ask to find it by myself or ask my landlord. So I will need a once more technical guy.
