Ruf die Kudenhotline (0800 2787000) an und melde eine Störung Self-Install fehlgeschlagen, die sollen dir einen Techniker schicken.

I was trying to reach you.
And it turns into a total nightmare to get support from support telephone service.
My level of English is not enough to communicate my annoyance in a phone call.
Can you help me to fix my trouble, as I'm keeping paying for services which I do not receive for a few months already ?

do you have a new Login? Is "Alexandra6" also you?
You need to connect the router to the TV outlet using the coax cable, not the DSL socket. It's not a DSL connection.
Could you take a picture of the socket you've connected the router to?
