Performance issues

Hi Team,

I am facing network / perforamance issues with my DSL connection.

I have been writing for 100Mbps and reviewing the current speed it shows 

DOWNLOAD speed 3:41

 UPLOAD speed  23.44

There seems to be a lag in streaming the content.
