I do not speak German. So, I can not call the Vodafone hotline.
I have received my router and connected to the cable connection.
Vodafone said to me the connection is will be done by automation and technician's visit was not necessary.
But there is no input signal. I can not use the internet. The router has not received any IP address from the Network.
I think that there is no connection from the building to my wohnung.
So, the technician should connect the input signal.
Could somebody from Vodafone please help me, in English?
