Dear Costumer Service,
I have no internet at my apartment since 26.02.2020. I believe it not related with my apartment, looks like it is a regional issue of vodafone. My ticket number is xxx. I am using the internet at home for my work as well, and since 26.02.2020 (10 days so far) I am having very hard time. The problem is STILL not resolved. I would like to receive refund because of this issue and problems it created for me, and I would like your support for resolving the issue immediately. Thank you for your support in advance.

have you heard anything about the disruption in the meantime? Is the connection working again?
