No internet connection

Good morning,

This morning i got up and realized i have no internet connection, i use to have speed problems but never happened to not have connection at all
I tried to turn off the modem and turn it on again and the @ green light doesnt stop blinking, also the phone icon doesnt light at all.

My modem is a Sagecom model FAST 5460

My german isnt good so i need to have a contact in english.
