Es gibt kein Internetanschluss über mein neues bestellt Kabel-internet Gerät. Als ich die technische hotline anrufe, werde ich immer gesagt, dass es meine Kundennummer/Telefonnummer nicht erkennen kann 😞
A lengthier description: Like many, I encountered a trouble in internet connection.
First,the newly ordered Kabel-internet device doesn't work albeit my attempts; when I try to call the technical hotline at 08005266625, the voice message always says that it cannot recognise either my kundenummer or telefonnummer. When I turn to shop they are telling me that I should always dial the hotline because they take no responsibility after that! Does anyone have similar experience?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!
