Hi Vodafone,
since 12 pm my internet is down. Which causes big problems since I work from home without other options.
I managed to open a ticket. But the 4 phone call I made after, no one spoke English and made it very clear that no ones wanted to help me. Because we are in Germany.
can I have a call back with someone how can explain why I suddenly have so much problems. It started 6 months ago and every month my connection is gone for at least ones or twice per month.
I keep hearing in the past that it is not a router problem. But what is it? I am almost a costumer for 3 months but I am considering to leave if this will not be fixed or at least someone can explain what the problem is.

unfortunately it always takes a few days here until we are back to the posts 😞 In case of outages, rather the hotline is better. Sorry for the bad experience.
We will be happy to look at your connection and the problem. Please send us the customer number, name incl. address and date of birth of the contract holder via private message.
Write here briefly when the data has been transmitted.
