Here you can do our Netz-Experten-Check to find out, if your connection is affected by a known outage.
If not you can order my colleagues to call you back. They will open a technical ticket then.

Thanks for the response. My problem is due to the network problem that Vodafone currently have and still on-going.
It's going 4 days now without TV, Landline and Internet. My modem lights only have 2 LEDs lighted, 1 for the power and the network is blinking, telephone and internet LED no light. It's a typical support service answer, that they are working on the problem and can't give an exact date of resolution. The usual bull*** that we always here when we call a service center! The funny thing is that the portal is not helpful at all, the checks say that my phone and internet is OK and that our area doesn't have any known disturbances, which is contrary to what the service center is saying when I reach them by phone. I have never had a bad experience with Kabel Deutschland (now Vodafone) until now.
I just can't imagine that they wouldn't care less for their subscriber, no updates, nothing unless you really push for it.
Don't they have redundancy in their network in place? Just sayin'.

Hi,
Can you please help find out what's going on. It's the 5th day already and still NO LANDLINE and NO INTERNET.
They said that a technician will go and check something in the building or the area because they said that there was really a disruption. But until now nothing is happening, I need this for my work, please do let us know if they will fix it otherwise let us all move on and will just look for other PROVIDER!!!
