Just came back from vacation and the internet is down. I have restarted the router couple times, and still no internet connection. The EasyBox 804 requires me to insert the DSL cable and refresh, but it is in there already. The title of the page is No Internet Connection (Keine Internetverbindung). I can still receive the wifi signal, so I don't think it's a problem with the box. Not sure if it's a problem with the Telekom connection or the cable. How can I solve the problem?
The bottom red light is slowly fade and back, and the only light on the top is WLAN light that is solid.

im sorry that your landline is not working properly.
If you've checked the cables & the router still gets no dsl signal, we need to open a ticket.
Please send me a private message with your customer & mobilenumber.
I'll have a look into this.
