I signed a contract with Vodafone for a DSL Internet service on 17.02.2018. I got the Fritz box and when I tried to set it up it's not working. The DSL led on the FRITZ box keeps blinking. In my contract, it was mentioned Anschalt termin 20.03.2018 . I didnt understand the box will work from this date or ?
My customer number is ***.
I would appreciate any help with this issue.

Hi Dinesh,
welcome to the Vodafone Community!
You will not be able to set up the FritzBox until the connection has been activated by a technician.
So if the connection will be set up on March 20th you can activate your modem on this day.

I got the below message and my current internet connection was also closed. I don't know what to do now. It's very important for me to have internet. I am left with no option. Either please restore my previous connection or activate my current connection
Even below link is not working to book the termin. I am quite dissatisfied

Hi,
There was no response. Vodafone guys called me and fixed 3 appointments and canceled all 3 in last moment.
I was disappointed and returned the box.
I got a bill of 300 euros. Which I didn't know why. I sent all the boxes I had back and also the receipts by post.

we didn´t charge the FRITZ!Box for your DSL-contract.
What reference is on your invoice?
The reference number is your customer number.
