Modem installationscode

Dear all,

I am quite desperate! 😭

I have to reset my frizt box 7530 modem. But now I am lost I don't know how to configure it... I have tried many things and I cannot find the modem installationscode in my MeinVodafone. When I go to dsl it says put the information before on the web. Once I log  in in the web page it says that the service is no longer available or something like that. I don't speak a good German and so it is way more complicated for me! I have already spent 3 hours 😭 pleas help me!

You have got the Modem Installation Code at the start of your DSL contract as a single letter.

In case you can't find this letter anymore, the MIC will NOT be automatically shown in your customer portal, as those initial letters are not within your customer portal. You will only find the MIC there, if you ask at the Hotline for generating a new MIC - then a copy of the letter (which will be sent out by regular mail) will be inside your customer portal -- but this also invalidates any MIC that was valid before.
