Since I change from 500MB to 1000MB every single day has 9MB most of the times

100MB from a contract of 1000MB

Normaly i have 1000MB but from 1PM to 5PM and 7PM to 3 AM i have a very low speed i can not watch a movie on netflix,

 

Which contract do you have?   Red Internet & Phone Business 1000 Cable
Which modem / router do you use?   Fritz! Box 6591
Do you use a loan device or do you have your own device? Loan from Vodafone
Which error occurs? Speed ​​too low
How is your terminal connected to the modem? LAN Cat6
Which browser do you normally use? Google Chrome
Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 10 Home Version 1903 OS Build 18362.418

Vodafone 500mb cable connection as a backup network i had telek ** as main network but since i change from 500 to 1000 i quit telek **

Most of the time is evening, but today at the morning 5 am, I did test before go to work only had 9MB
The computer is connected direct to the router.
Yes, I did test on another 2 computer, laptop and desktop both connect with cat 5e direct to the router with same results. 20 MB max...
Does Vodafone throttling internet speed at some point of the day? Most likely evening?
Because when I do have the low speed I just connect my VPN and from 20 MB go to 250MB+ (vpn don't give more than that speed)

hmm this looks really strange, if you want we can send you a technician, something obviously doesn't fit if you don't get the full bandwidth - the technician will then measure it on his laptop.

But the technician need to come after 17:00 is when I don't have full bandwidth, at the morning there is no problems at all.
