Good morning,
I have a cable contract 500mbps and unlimited phone calls. The past week all my devices are getting disconnected every 5 seconds or so. I tried every possible reset, factory reset, disconnecting cables, run Malwarebytes , antivirus etc. Tested one device each time and all have the same issue. I logged into the router and apparently it sees my devices as potential threats and kicking them out. Main issue is Black list address and ddos attack. I tried calling service number but everyone is rude because I do not speak German. I think the router is defective. I am using the Vodafone router. Any solutions?

Hi Odenfoth,
please perform a factory reset on the router and check whether the disconnects still occur then.
Best regards Martin

@Martin59 I just did it again and instantly after some seconds I connected I get disconnects again. I have to change to data in order to upload everything here... otherwise it will keep kicking me out@

I tried hard resetting from the page and from the reset button on the hardware but the firmware doesn't downgrade like they say in other threads to the older 01.01 version. It stays at 01.02 etc is there another way to get that version manually installed to the router? Downgrade it myself? @Martin59 @Manu @Tobias @Claudia

Hi Odenefoth,
Unfortunately you have no possibility to perform a manual downgrade.
What devices did you connect to the W-Lan?
Best regards Martin
