Kabel router

Mein kabel router funktioniert nicht mehr. Ich kann nicht Deutsch sprechen und im callcenter spricht niemand englisch. Was kann ich tun?

Hi Moni,
I finally could talk with the technical service with my very, very, very poor German. I still have one question: they told me that you will send me a new router, but they didn’t tell me when! It’s very urgent: I work with my Internet line and everyday that pasI’m loosing money! (And I continue to pay your bill!)

if the colleagues have ordered the router, then it takes about 3-4 days until it arrives at you. It will be sent by post as usual.

After that please send the defective router back to us.
