Hi, I have a 200mbit kabel - it's been perfect for > 1 year.
Yesterday, my connection was up and down - sometimes disconnecting for 15mins. Today (after 10am), my connection is gone.
I use a Fritzbox 6490 (my own purchase) regularly, which showed the line not syncing to any channels:
I have also tried with the Sagemcom Fast5460 that Vodafone supplied to me, same problem:
I have reset the router to make sure there are no problems, but still no success.
Are there any known outages? Can you please help?

It's still an issue today. I'll try to borrow a new modem, just in case. What else can be done?

Yes, it now seems to be working since a Vodafone technician visited - half of my building were also having issues.
