Kabel box 7690 internet was frequently disconnected and internet itself was very slow

Hi,

 

I have an internet connection for 1.5 years. I was supposed to get 100 Mbps. I am not even getting 5 Mbps most of the times and also I see the connection gets disconnected frequently (its big problem when you download some file and due to disconnection it has to start again).

 

I complained about it many times but there was no use. Every time when I complain about my internet speed you people made it even more worse for me like changing the meinkabel to DSL and again DSL to meinkabel but there was no result.

 

I was given many appointments. Which were canceled from vodafone people at the last moment.

Normally If there was an appointment and customers were not there in the house you people charge around 50 euros. Does it not apply to you people, cancelling the appointments at last moment.

 

I immediately want a solution either you fix the speed or please cancel the contract immediately.

I am talking about my internet problem and asking to fix it immediately or cancel the contract immediately. You guys saying contract will get cancelled next year. Is that makes any sense. Dont you use brains or common sense while replying to customers

I think Stephan only bothers about greetings and sleeps while reading the rest of the message. What a pity!

 

Fiy my internet problem immediately or cancel the contract immediately or reply to my registered post regarding contract termination immediately.

I think stephan only bothers about greeting and sleeps while reading rest of the message. Solve internet prblem immediately or cancel the contract immediately. you guys without any shame sucked my money from 1 year without proper internet. I pay open balance only after i see good connection.

You can read in the thread that we send a technician when the cabling is cleared. You have refused this clarification until now, so there was no new order. Due to the suspension of payment, it is no longer possible for us to send a technician.

Hallo Mr. Lars,

 

Still, there was a problem. The Internet was getting frequently disconnected. The technicians you sent were just roaming around and checking the router and going back. I showed them all the wires. May be you can send one more time. I will show them all the wires and access to keller. 

 

Fix the speed immediately or block yourself from here for being not useful in any way to the customers

the Problem came again. After the payment, it worked for a few days fine. But now again speed *piep*. 

 

Please send the technician as soon as possible. I don't know regarding the accounts. Some times I have problem with logging in so i might created another one.
