Kabel box 7690 internet was frequently disconnected and internet itself was very slow

Hi,

 

I have an internet connection for 1.5 years. I was supposed to get 100 Mbps. I am not even getting 5 Mbps most of the times and also I see the connection gets disconnected frequently (its big problem when you download some file and due to disconnection it has to start again).

 

I complained about it many times but there was no use. Every time when I complain about my internet speed you people made it even more worse for me like changing the meinkabel to DSL and again DSL to meinkabel but there was no result.

 

I was given many appointments. Which were canceled from vodafone people at the last moment.

Normally If there was an appointment and customers were not there in the house you people charge around 50 euros. Does it not apply to you people, cancelling the appointments at last moment.

 

I immediately want a solution either you fix the speed or please cancel the contract immediately.

Hello Dinesh,

the technician has to go to the apartment because of the house wiring. Here it is so that not each dwelling has its own line, but the sockets are connected in series. Therefore an access is necessary, so that the line can be suppressed.

Can you please take care of this?

I tried several times ringing their bell.  They are not at all responding. It's getting very irritating. I have to spend a lot of time knocking them and there is no use. if you cant solve the problem immediately, Cancel the contract immediately.  

 

Asking me to get in touch with my neighbors is complete nonsense. But even I tried, but it didn't work. Please solve the problem immediately or Cancel the contract immediately.

I did that also, but still, there was no response from 4 days.

 

And now Jens Don't say useless ideas. It's not my problem, to run around people, ringing their bells, sticking notes and all. I am fed off doing all the things said by you.

 

Have some common sense and responsibility for the money you are charging monthly and fix the issue or if you are capable of nothing just cancel the contract. The problem is not fixed from 1.5 years now.  Every time saying some nonsense stories and you people are escaping from it.

I am fed off hearing works without the affected frequencies stories. I heard it many times but of no use.

See the screenshots I attached at different times. 

 

You have to check the whole day, as there is so much variance in the speed and so the connection itself. There were many disruptions

 

please don't tell such stories and fix with actual solution. I am paying for 100 MBPS I am not even getting 20mbps. Have some common sense and don't make to write so many emails or complaints. I am sick of writing 50+ emails by now.

I'd be happy to send another technician. But I can't promise at this point that he can do much without access to the other apartment. But it would be worth a try. Would that be okay? Maybe the technician has the possibility to sound the neighbour again or leave her a card if she doesn't react to your contact attempts.

contact was attempted via the property management. We do not send a technician who distributes notes on site. The access to the neighbour is necessary.
