Hi,
I have ordered a Vodafone DSL connection with Kabel-router on 26th Feb, Device was delivered on 29th Feb.
From last 2 days I am struggling to set up internet, intenet red light is constantly flashing.
I have checked & validated all the steps mentioned in the installation broucher, tipsbroucher & online.
I've contacted the helpline phone and what's app chat yesterday, but no one there can speak/write english.
I have been asked to contact this community.

did you receive a connection date from us and the welcome letter with the access data?
Is it really about a DSL connection or a cable contract? Because you're talking about a cable router.
The best thing is to send me a PN with your customer number. Then I will have a look and give you feedback.

Thanks for your reply.
Just to clarify - I have ordered Vodafone CableMax 1000 Cable plan. I have recieved the normal router and installation kit, there are couple of letters attached to it, I'm not sure whether that's a welcome letter.
Can someone from CableMax team please help?

Either your connection is not connected or the house system must be reset. I will commission a technician with the installation. Send me your current telephone number in a pn. The technician will contact you to arrange an appointment.
