Hello, I've had internet issues with my DSL Wifi router since moving flat three months ago. Internet connection keeps disconnecting and I need to restart the router at least three or four times per day for it to rework. This is causing major frustrations. Please advise or send new router as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

The cable router has not been able to dial into the cable network for more than 2 weeks.
Do any LEDs still light up on the cable router?

It was switched off whilst I was on holiday. I returned one week ago and am still having the same problems as before.

It is for wifi and I've been having this problem since October. It should not be taking this long for Vodafone to fix and this forum does not feel like proper customer service for dealing with these issues.
It does not feel right that I paid a fee to transfer to a new address and have been paying each month, for a service that is not working. Are you able to provide a refund dating back to October?
