Dear everyone,
I recently upgrade my internet to "Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable"
However, there is no improvement in ineternet speed for the past 3 months.
In fact, it seems to me that the internet speed slowed down.
I am an early riser, I usually wake up around 5:00~6:00 am and around that time the internet speed clocks in around 1~2 mbps. During the evening, it falls to around 0.5~1 mbps - clearly nowhere near 200 mbps.
I figured there may be something wrong with my modem so I even upgraded to Fritzbox 6490 and there's absolutely no change.
Please advise how to improve internet speed in my home.

Your connection must be checked on site by a technician, as it appears that an LTE irradiation occurs at this point. Do you agree to a technician assignment and can you provide access to the house system?

Yes, we agree to technician visit.
When can you come? We prefer either Thursday or Friday of each week.
Someone will be home on Thursday or Friday.
Otherwise, I have to take off work.

we can't use a differnt number without a permit. 😞
But i can see, that a technican have checked the connection and it's now ok. 🙂
