We have been having internet connection problem.
Since more than a week, we have only internet sometimes in the morning; in the afternoon and in the evening, we have absolutely no internet connection but very strangely we could still connect to Youtube, but only Youtube nothing else!
We followed checking instructions provided on your website; we also restarted router but situation still is the same!
Contract name is Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable.
Router we have is Compal CH7466CE
We tried calling many times your customer service number; either no one could help us with English or the line being disconnected during transfer or holding! I have spent many hours trying to reach someone from your customer service to fix the problem but still no success!
Can someone please help us to solve the problem? For already a week we can not use internet at home and still are paying for the contract!
