Hi,
I have no internet connection since 10th of December. I tried to restart the modem and follow the diagnostic tool availble at meinVodafone but nothing help. I am calling the service support everyday but without any help.
I have a basic german level and tried to get support in english, never managed untill one operator told me that we are not allowed to speak in english sorry (Internal company policy).
Now I m lost as I cannot do my job (home office) and I don t know what to do to get internet back.
I m using Red Internet und Phone 50 DSL with FRITZ!Box 7530.
Hope someone will help here.

Hey Raphael_14,
i'm sorry that your landline is not working.
There is no dedicated english speaking hotline for dsl customers.
Most agents should be able to handle a call in english.
Its not against any company policies - but i can't guarantee that the colleague is speaking english.
Because of an unsusual high amount of requests, we cannot answer as fast as usual - even here in the community.
Please send me a private message with your dslcustomernumber & a mobilenumber.
How are the dsl led's glowing? Do you get any errormessage?
I'll open a technical ticket.
But it may take a few days.
