Internet not working after moving house - I can't Contact Vodafone!!!

I moved house and I received a letter I could self-install just bringing the router with me.

I use the adapter there, but when I connect the router there is NO LINE.

I moved 3 weeks ago.

 

I tried to call the technical support and I CAN NOT SPEAK to a person. Only to a disk voice.

My German is not good, so of course.

 

There is no way to open a ticket, to send an email to the support, to receive a call-back, nothing.

No way to check I am paying for.

 

Please, do you have any advice?
