I connect my router properly but I do not have internet. Yesterday I called KABEL and they said it will be fixed today, and in Vodafone, my ticket status is DONE .. but I still do not have internet. And now you want from me to pay for a full month. I know that the problem is on KABEL and that they need to solve it, and I hope it will be tomorrow. My ticket number: ****

did you use our cablerouter or your own device like a FritzBox?

And is the installation like the instruction say?

I used only your cable router and everything is connected properly but internet not working 😕 Can you check my status in Kabel maybe?
