Internet light flashes red

I'm a new customer of  Red Internet & Phone Young 1000 Cable. I've got the router and contract last week. After connecting the router to the cable connector, the internet light flashed always red. Is something wrong with the network connectors? My Kd-Nr. is xxx.

when the Internet LED flashes, the box is not connected to our network. Are there several antenna boxes in your apartment? Otherwise we have to send a technician.
