We recently got DSL installed in our new apartment a couple of days ago, but since today, we keep experiencing problems as the internet keeps crashing and restarting after 5 minutes. A red light appears on the box under the internet part and then reverts back to green eventually. We can't keep having it constantly crashing, is there an issue in the area? what can be done about it if this persists? Thanks.
