Our internet will work for a minute or two and then will go offline. I tried getting support via Twitter but they take a day to respond and I don't know if they actually created a ticket for the issue. I do not speak German and can not get support when I call the 0800 number and the website does not allow you to create a problem report. Where can I get support?
Edit: Moved from DSL to Kabel.
