Internet has stopped working (English)

Hi, 

Since I have the problem that my internet stops working and not sure why. I have tried restarting, changing cable, trouble shooting from my desktop but can not fix it. 

The modem (CH7466CE) has 4 symbols, the 'at' sign  is always flashing and the phone icon (3rd down) does not light up at all. 

I've attached pictures. Could you please assist me in fixing this?
