Hello, can you please help me. I have had no luck with call center. So, my internet has not been working for 3 weeks (since 21.2.2020) until yesterday. I would like to get a discount for the payment of this month, since it has not been working at all. I've called the customer service many many many times and it has taken almost a month to fix. I also had to purchase 20eur worth of internet to be able to work. Also, Vodafone deicded to send me a new router (i didn't ask for it) which is redundant now, since my internet is working again. The router is also being sent to an adress I no longer live at. My customer number is 332XXXXXX
