Internet extremely slow

Hello,

I write in english as my german is very bad. I've  tried Red internet & phone cable 200 contract and my internet is very slow since a few weeks, I've tried different ethernet cables on different devices, and the speed test shows good speed on the cable modem, like attached in the picture , Is there a problem with my modem? It is used to work perfectly but very slow since a few weeks.

Any help more than welcome.

i got the same results on the speed test using a cable or wifi, even if i use different cables. I got good speed on the modem but very slow on all my devices.
